Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collect and record required caller information into the database system
• Maintain a basic understanding of the dynamics of intimate partner violence and healthy relationships

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of reputed company work experience in customer service, reputed company services, call center, or reputed company work

• Working knowledge of intimate partner violence and healthy relationships
• Demonstrated ability to respond with reputed company and reputed company to victims in crisis situations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
