As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will reputed company data entry tasks, answer high-volume customer requests, and work under reputed company supervision. You will utilize pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication information, observe reputed company working reputed company, and reputed company duties according to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new patient enrollments by entering data into the appropriate system
- Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and reputed company reputed company orders for processing
- Investigate missing prescription information and interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes)
- Resolve data entry-reputed company exceptions
- Communicate with patients (inbound calls, chats, emails) and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed
- Resolve reputed company-Party Rejections by researching, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing

Requirements

- Intermediate keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents)
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment

- Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents)
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
