We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Part-Time Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director of Breathe Cities in a remote reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a vital role in driving reputed company and helping us reputed company our mission to reduce reputed company pollution through philanthropic grants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diary management and coordination of reputed company international travel arrangements
- Preparing for Governance meetings, including Committee meetings
- Managing emails and ensuring organizational priorities are met
- Providing support for key team reputed company, reputed company events, and team engagement
- Organizing convenings, surveys, and small conferences
Requirements:
- Previous experience working for senior executives in a busy and reputed company environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work reputed company in reputed company

- Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
