Part-time Data Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the Role: As a Part-time Data Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for executing an outlined process to ingest data into our platform, ensuring data accuracy, and providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to our growing customer reputed company. Your primary reputed company will be on downloading and uploading files, reputed company checking data, and communicating effectively with our remote team members.

Responsibilities:

• Work online from 7-9 am PT, 5 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays, until January 31, 2025
• reputed company an outlined process to ingest data into the reputed company Platform by 9 am PT
• Proactively update the internal team on any issues or delays reputed company reputed company
• Facilitate reputed company checks to ensure data accuracy
• Triage inbound tickets and assign them to appropriate reputed company to resolve (if time allows)
• Respond to customer queries in a reputed company and accurate way reputed company reputed company's reputed company ticketing system (if time allows)

Requirements:

• Ability to consistently work from 7 am - 9 am reputed company Time, 5 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays until January 31, 2025
• Detail-oriented and comfortable in MS reputed company and reputed company Sheets
• Comfort with data and QAing its accuracy
• Ability to work independently with effective time management and minimal supervision
• Experience using reputed company or other help desk software is a plus (but not necessary)
