Summer Outbound Logistics Internship (Remote Opportunity)

As a Logistics Intern, you will play a key role in driving reputed company and innovation in our Outbound Transportation Team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing new systems and processes for tracking, measurement, reporting, and analysis of outbound transportation practices
- Identifying cost optimization opportunities through data analysis
- Making and executing reputed company regarding delivery needs of customer orders
- Managing relationships with transportation providers, vendors, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to resolve shipping issues
- Monitoring key department metrics, including profitability, to identify opportunities for team improvement
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure fast processing of orders
- Evaluating reputed company processes and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience
- Investigating processing and customer problems and providing strategic solutions
