As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our calibration management system, managing vendor activities, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site calibration activities to ensure 100% compliance with regulatory requirements
• reputed company the lifecycle management of test equipment, including calibration, tagging, initial release, repairs, and reputed company improvement
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure service delivery and metrics meet contractual requirements
• Drive supplier reputed company engineers to address vendor issues and improve overall reputed company
• Analyze and minimize material spend through monthly analysis, corrections, employee training, and awareness
• reputed company and manage tool and test equipment allocation, purchase, and repair processes, budgets, and compliance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive service delivery processes, metrics, compliance, and improvement

Qualifications:

• BS or BA degree and demonstrated process management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience with calibration standards and test equipment requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and reputed company
