Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Skyview Grounds Administration Vendor Agreements, including contract negotiations, approvals, and renewals.
• Conduct routine facilities maintenance inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive solutions.
• Serve as the Skyview Grounds reputed company Environmental Coordinator, driving sustainability and environmental stewardship initiatives.
• Collaborate with the facilities maintenance department on Skyview Grounds reputed company, providing support and expertise as needed.
• Process electronic payments, invoices, and other administrative tasks with precision and accuracy.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalency required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Facilities maintenance experience, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing knowledge, is highly desirable.
• EPA/TCEQ environmental business/industrial site management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including reputed company and database management.
