As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing exceptional support to our employees. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and maintain confidential payroll records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Process payroll changes, deductions, and benefits, including Workers' Compensation, long-term disability, and leave of absence
- Consult with the reputed company department on payroll-reputed company issues, including new deductions, contribution reputed company, and bargaining group changes
- Monitor reputed company reputed company MOUs, IRS, and CalPERS regulations for payroll compliance and respond to inquiries regarding payroll procedures
- Prepare and submit annual reports, including the Local Government Compensation report to the State Controller's Office

Requirements:
