Job reputed company: As a Scrum Master, you will guide, reputed company, and mentor teams about Scrum practices and Agile values, principles, and best practices. Your primary responsibility will be to motivate and reputed company teams to work collaboratively and reputed company together, maximizing their performance, removing impediments, minimizing distractions, and escalating issues reputed company they reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor team members in Agile practices, values, and principles
- Motivate and assist teams to accomplish their product or service delivery goals and project initiatives
- Prepare team members to expect and respond to changing or emerging organizational needs
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, refinement, planning, and review meetings
- Assist Product Owners with story decomposition, prioritization, estimation, and planning

Requirements:

- 5 years' experience as a Software Developer Engineer (or reputed company)

- Experience as a scrum master for multiple scrum teams
- Experience in effective sprint planning and facilitating quarterly increment planning sessions
