We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Veterinary Technician to join reputed company at Farm reputed company, a leading organization in animal welfare and advocacy. As a key member of our Animal Care team, you will work closely with our reputed company Veterinarian and other stakeholders to reputed company exceptional care and support to our animal residents. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing vaccine and health reputed company schedules, annual/biannual treatments, vet reputed company, and other reputed company-reputed company activities. You will also reputed company reputed company and leadership to our Wellness team, collaborate with our Research & Animal Welfare team to implement goal-oriented animal welfare programs, and work closely with our Animal Care team to reputed company daily, goal-oriented enrichment and reputed company training to our animal residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company veterinary technician responsibilities, including administering medications, collecting diagnostic samples, and assisting with or performing euthanasia under the direction of the veterinarian
- Handle critical reputed company cases using reputed company judgment to stabilize animals, at times in the absence of a clinician
- Maintain reputed company-reputed company schedules, create vet visit lists, and disseminate information to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with the reputed company Veterinarian and other teams to implement enrichment and animal learning opportunities programs

- Support the Animal Care Intern Program and work with interns onsite in daily tasks
Requirements:
- reputed company State Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) Certification required

- Ideally two years of experience at an Animal reputed company or animal-care reputed company organization
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of animal welfare and willingness to explore innovative animal care practices
