As an reputed company Service Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery and utilization of Worklife employee assistance and management consultant resources. You will determine the purpose of customer calls, evaluate customer needs, and reputed company reputed company and reputed company communication regarding appropriate EAP/Worklife services and resources.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer calls in a reputed company and reputed company manner
