In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, answering, and resolving calls from insured customers, providers, and other stakeholders. You will utilize our claims and eligibility database to inquire about claim status, ID cards, addresses, and other issues. As a primary reputed company of contact, you will issue authorizations, handle claim inquiries, and reputed company benefits information to customers. Key Responsibilities

- Process customer claims according to established department policies and procedures

Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- 2+ years of experience in the reputed company industry or insurance environment (preferred)
- Strong computer and technical skills to support heavy reputed company entry

- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
