We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Telecommunicator to join reputed company at reputed company. As a Telecommunicator, you will play a vital role in assessing the needs of our members, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating care to ensure the best possible reputed company. Key Responsibilities
- Assess the reason for caller's inbound communication and manage their emotional state

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent education, plus completion of a medical assisting program, Emergency Medical Technician course, or Public Safety Telecommunicator reputed company
- Preferred: Associate's Degree or higher
- At least 2 years of experience as a reputed company Advanced Life Support provider, Emergency Medical Technician, medical assistant, or medical secretary
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including comprehension of medical terminology and common prescription medications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail
