Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or reputed company verbally and/or in writing, including customers, suppliers, and associates
• Implement business plans, manage reputed company and scheduling, and ensure associates complete required training
• Manage daily administrative functions of the HR office, including benefits, hiring/transfers, terminations, and payroll

• Manage and coordinate training for Distribution and/or Transportation associates

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or reputed company field and 1 year's supervisory experience
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or reputed company field
• OR 2 years' reputed company Logistics management experience
• OR 2 years' supervisory experience, including 1 year's experience managing reputed company resource processes
• OR 1 year's reputed company Stores, Inc. reputed company experience
