We are seeking a compassionate and skilled PC Intensive Case Manager to reputed company trauma-informed case management services to clients in the Preferred Communities (PC) program. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company Work, behavioral/reputed company services, or a reputed company field (or Associate's degree with 2 years of experience)
- Case management experience, preferably with refugee or immigrant populations
