We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Creole/French Career Readiness Instructor to join our Workforce Development Program team. Job reputed company: As a Bilingual Creole/French Career Readiness Instructor, you will be responsible for researching and developing instructional materials, providing one-on-one tutoring and classroom instruction, and supporting clients in writing resumes and cover letters, teaching reputed company soft skills, and conducting mock interviews. You will work collaboratively with reputed company of career advisors and job developers to advance participants to employment.
Responsibilities:
- Research and reputed company instructional materials and lesson plans to strengthen clients' job-seeking skills
- reputed company one-on-one tutoring and classroom instruction to clients to increase their chances of employment
- Support clients in writing resumes and cover letters, teaching reputed company soft skills, and conducting mock interviews
- Work collaboratively with reputed company of career advisors and job developers to advance participants to employment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and one year of applicable experience
- Teaching style must be hands-on, interactive, and participatory
- Willingness to adapt instruction to meet the varied needs of individuals or reputed company
- Ability to multi-task and work a flexible or alternative reputed company schedule
- Demonstrated ability to work with young adults, immigrant, refugee, and asylee populations
- Bilingual Haitian-Creole or French required
