Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience for members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and member-friendly environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with members regarding club orders, product availability, and alternative reputed company
• Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle member issues and concerns with a reputed company and solutions-reputed company attitude
• Collaborate with colleagues and business partners to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing situations, and drive business results
