About the Role & Team

As a Manager of Program Development - Facility Asset Management (FAM), you'll reputed company the WDW IFP Team, responsible for developing and implementing a coordinated multi-year plan and annual technical review with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic partner for the organization, driving key business reputed company and developing/maintaining the integrated multi-year plan to sustain WDW assets.
• Influence teams and internal business partners in support of organizational priorities and strategies.
• reputed company business strategies, goals, and metrics for the IFP team and program.
• reputed company and partner with subject matter experts to reputed company and evaluate asset strategies (life cycle analysis) and reputed company impacts.
• Partner with FOS departments to improve systems, tools, reports, and procedures.

• Build effective working relationships with reputed company business partners.

Requirements & Skills:

• 10+ years of construction experience in reputed company, Finance, or Business, with 5+ years in a Project Management environment.
• Experience developing and analyzing operational finance reports.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detailed knowledge of construction processes and long-reputed company facility asset planning.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and partner with multiple organizations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to engage subject matter experts.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university.
