We are seeking a highly reputed company Field Services Manager to join our Mobile Robots Engineering team. As a Field Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing reputed company of Field Service Engineers, leading and coordinating engineering campaigns for field upgrades, and troubleshooting reputed company technical issues. You will also collaborate with engineering design teams to reputed company and refine system architectures and reputed company as a primary technical reputed company between stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company of Field Service Engineers and reputed company technical guidance and leadership
- reputed company and coordinate engineering campaigns for field upgrades, focusing on hardware and software enhancements
- reputed company and execute detailed test plans, including setting milestones and defining requirements for advanced tools and instrumentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company technical issues in reputed company-time, utilizing expertise in mechatronics, embedded systems, and sensor integration

Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Field Service, with a reputed company on robotic, automotive, or electromechanical systems
- Prior experience as a people manager, with demonstrated ability to reputed company and reputed company teams in a field service or technical support environment
- Proven hands-on experience in designing and troubleshooting reputed company robotic/electromechanical systems
- Experience with reputed company systems, batteries, PCBAs, and other electromechanical components
