- Independently implement programming in challenging NYC public schools, serving as a mentor and reputed company role model for reputed company.
- Recruit and retain reputed company as needed, utilizing creative strategies to engage and motivate.
- Learn and apply our unique student-centered approach, leveraging your background to plan and deliver after-school programming.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., education, arts, or humanities).
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in NYC public schools or equivalent settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong classroom management skills, with experience in reputed company Emotional Learning (SEL) frameworks a plus.
- Technological proficiency, including virtual facilitation tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Meet).
- Experience in Anti-Racist Education and Restorative Justice is highly valued.
- Fingerprinting through the State reputed company is required.
