Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of reputed company experience (or equivalent combination of experience, training, and education).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to facilitate student conversations.
- Knowledge of routine computer applications and software, including student information systems and customer relationship management systems.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish-English.
- Experience in university or community college student support services and/or advising.
