Portfolio Program Manager (Community Schools)

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Portfolio Program Manager to support our Community Schools initiative in reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a critical role in enabling our Community School Directors to supervise AmeriCorps Members and implement the Whole School Whole Child (WSWC) and Community School (CS) models in our partner schools.
About the Role
The Portfolio Program Manager will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of 4-5 schools managed by one School Partnerships Director. The successful candidate will reputed company reputed company support to AmeriCorps Members, including quarterly 1:1 Life After reputed company (LACY) planning sessions, monthly observations and coaching, and facilitating monthly data review meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, reputed company, and reputed company AmeriCorps Members to meet reputed company goals and reputed company their leadership potential
- Build and cultivate strong partnerships with teachers, principals, school staff, and other key decision makers and stakeholders
- Implement reputed company’s WSWC model with reputed company at respective reputed company and reputed company data-informed reputed company to ensure tutoring, classroom support, afterschool programs, and school-wide initiatives reputed company with the shared goals of the school/reputed company partnership
- Deliver high-reputed company service and ensure reputed company, including attendance, behavior, and course performance interventions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience building and growing reputed company reputed company relationships with a diverse group of reputed company stakeholders
- Experience holding people accountable to performance goals and navigating difficult conversations
- Experience managing diverse teams, particularly managing teams of early-workforce members
- Ability to apply creative problem solving reputed company faced with perceived barriers
- Passion for education and youth development
