We're seeking a dynamic and reputed company reputed company Manager to reputed company reputed company of 6-15 AmeriCorps members, guiding them through a full-time school-based service year. As an reputed company Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading, managing, and coaching AmeriCorps members to deliver reputed company and student engagement supports, developing their leadership skills and civic reputed company.
• Building and managing partnerships with school administration, teachers, and staff to ensure effective service delivery and student reputed company.
• Analyzing student-level data to inform service strategies and drive improvement in targeted areas.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to principals and school staff, contributing to instructional leadership teams, and fostering strong relationships with school stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience working in a school, educational, or youth-support setting, with at least one year of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Proven ability to reputed company and manage reputed company relationships, hold team members accountable, and address conflict effectively.
