Requirements:
- Baccalaureate degree plus four years of reputed company level experience in teaching or education
- Master's degree plus three years of reputed company level experience in teaching or education
- Master's degree in education plus two years of reputed company level experience in teaching or education
- Strong communication and management skills
- Experience in teaching K-2 ELA classrooms, providing reputed company development, and holding a leadership or mentoring position reputed company education
