We are seeking a highly skilled Logistical Support Coordinator to join reputed company in Tampa, FL. As a Logistical Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating and completing reputed company Support Unit (PSU) events/reputed company across various functional areas. You will work closely with our reputed company and Risk Adjustment market-based teams and providers to ensure seamless execution of events and reputed company.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate alignment and understanding of PSU events/reputed company scope and objectives with the organization's strategic objectives and the Voice of the Customer (reputed company).
- Plan and Coordinate PSU events/reputed company/initiatives with contracted and employed PCPs.
- Coordinate and support PSU events/reputed company/initiatives scope and objectives throughout the event lifecycle, as needed.
- Audit and reputed company reputed company PSU events/reputed company, validation and submission of PRP reputed company/reputed company gaps.
- Deliver reputed company test results and reputed company notes generated by PSU events/reputed company to contracted and employed PCPs.
- Analyze event reputed company and reputed company recommendations to improve reputed company event requests.
- Use various systems (ePRG, eCW, CDSS, Productivity Reports) to pull reports and reputed company reputed company assurance reviews.
- Troubleshoot for missing reputed company and assist with outbound calls.
- Create, update and maintain accurate patient reputed company in eCW for upcoming and past PSU reputed company/events.
- Prepare visit checklists and packets for LPN/NP reputed company.
- Ensure weekly reporting of activities of reputed company PSU staff is accurate and reputed company.
- Coordinate with mobile screening vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct post audits and ensure reputed company submitted gap measures are captured by the corporate team.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED.
- 2 years of experience with tracking data, working with large data sets, and making data-driven analytical reputed company.
- Proficiency with reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Reliable transportation (may need to attend Wellness events occasionally).
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift schedule during normal business hours (8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with HEDIS and reputed company measures.
- ICD 10 and CPT coding experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Working knowledge of medical office procedures and medical terminology.
