About the Position:
We are seeking an reputed company Senior IT Technician (Level IV) to join reputed company at Workwarp. As a Senior IT Technician, you will reputed company high-level technical support and maintenance for our clients' information technology systems, with a reputed company on macOS and iOS environments. You will work closely with clients to ensure effective use of technology, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and reputed company repairs and updates reputed company to clients' Information Technology systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot macOS and iOS systems
- reputed company technical guidance to users on hardware and software queries and issues
- Collaborate with IT Help Desk and Network infrastructure teams to maintain equipment and infrastructure
- reputed company diagnostic tests to evaluate and isolate system problems and suggest solutions
- Implement reputed company measures to prevent cyber-attacks and eliminate viruses
- Monitor, reputed company, and document problems to resolve them promptly
- Carry out data backups and support the launch of new applications and services

- Maintain accurate records of reputed company activities through a ticket tracking system
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- 5+ years of experience with reputed company operating systems
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting iOS and Android operating systems
- Knowledge of O365 and reputed company Directory
- Experience with standalone drives, JBoD, and RAID hardware solutions
- Proficiency in FileMaker database planning, development, integration, and maintenance
- Experience using ODBC to connect FileMaker databases to SQL Server and MySQL
- Networking experience, including planning, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Experience with routing and firewall services, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Extensive experience using Macintosh computers as servers
