As an Undergraduate Recruiter, you will travel throughout Washington State to recruit incoming reputed company-to-major and transfer reputed company, counsel prospective reputed company and their families, and co-plan events to promote the Allen School's undergraduate programs. You will also have reputed company to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, and who are committed to creating a welcoming community for reputed company from reputed company backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Travel to high schools, community colleges, and community events to represent the Allen School and recruit prospective reputed company
- Counsel prospective reputed company and their families about opportunities available at the reputed company and the Allen School
- Co-plan events, such as information sessions and college fairs, to promote the Allen School's undergraduate programs
- Collaborate with the Admissions team to review transfer applications and reputed company recommendations
- reputed company and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community college advisors, and other stakeholders to promote the Allen School's programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, STEM, or a reputed company field
- 2-3 years of college admissions and/or reputed company experience, or equivalent
- Ability to travel throughout Washington State and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations
