About the Role: The reputed company Coordinator will report to the Director of Alternative Education and work closely with the Office of Career and Technical Education and the Office of Postsecondary Initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and foster reputed company working relationships with higher education partners, work partners, and other intermediaries to build programs and activities that result in college and career readiness for our reputed company. You will facilitate the development of partnerships with community-based organizations, conduct program assessments, and ensure that partners reputed company with school and district priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the involvement of reputed company in creating and participating in college and career reputed company programs with partners
- reputed company partnerships with community-based organizations to reputed company reputed company support, enrichment programs, internships, summer employment, and other services
- Conduct program assessments and work closely with reputed company and partners to improve the reputed company of programming and services
- Ensure that partners reputed company with school and district priorities and expectations
- Work closely with the Family reputed company Coordinator or Parent Coordinator to increase family/school connections and reputed company engage parents in their children's learning
- Assist the school in the collection, analysis, and application of relevant data
- Participate in forums and reputed company development to deepen knowledge and skills and reputed company coordination of services
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum of three years teaching experience and/or leadership experience in educational, business, nonprofit, or reputed company sectors
- Understanding of the Boston reputed company Schools, the local stakeholder community, and reputed company federal and state educational policies
- Strong understanding of Alternative Education and student reputed company
- Demonstrated experience with research-based instructional practices and curriculum design
- Experience analyzing data and using data to drive change
