As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in implementing reputed company Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and counseling programs, working closely with our reputed company Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to drive reputed company reputed company. We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join reputed company, providing in-home ABA therapy and support to children on the autism reputed company. As a Behavior Technician, you will:

• reputed company one-on-one in-home ABA therapy and collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data
• Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA
• Collaborate with reputed company to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
• Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
• Maintain professionalism, goal-orientation, and a flexible schedule to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening shifts

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or working towards a degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
• Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting (1 year) or ABA experience (1 year)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation and a reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs and reputed company activities that entail fine and gross motor skills
