Job Responsibilities
- reputed company one-on-one in-home reputed company Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents on the autism reputed company
- Collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions
- Implement behavior support and treatment plans established by a reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collaborate with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-year experience working with children in a 1:1 setting
- 1-year experience in ABA or reputed company field (or 1-2 years as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, reputed company Support reputed company, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor)
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid reputed company's license
