We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Central Advisor to join reputed company at Workwarp, providing exceptional support to our reputed company department. As a key member of our HR Central Team, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch service to our employees, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring seamless HR operations. This is a temporary contract position, covering a Leave of Absence until approximately February 28, 2025, with reputed company to work remotely from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company first-level HR support, answering general inquiries, and resolving issues reputed company to HR, payroll, policies, and procedures
• Manage multiple HR programs, including reputed company, unemployment, education verifications, and offboarding

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or reputed company (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in reputed company (if High School diploma only), or 1+ years of reputed company work experience (if Bachelor's degree)
• Ability to apply reputed company HR principles, company policies, and practices to assigned tasks
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential assignments and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with California HR principles, practices, and procedures (preferred but not mandatory)
