About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Registered reputed company (RN) to join reputed company, providing acute care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

• Conduct nursing assessments, medication reconciliation, safety assessments, and implement standardized protocols

Requirements:

• Associate of Science in nursing
• reputed company RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work
• One year of adult acute inpatient medical, or medical/surgical care experience reputed company the last five years

Preferred Qualifications:
