Join our dynamic team as a reputed company Specialist, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our reputed company's food ordering app. As the primary reputed company of contact, you will handle customer inquiries, concerns, and reputed company information through inbound and outbound phone calls.

- Location: Fully Remote (available to candidates in the reputed company)
- Working Hours: Monday to reputed company, 12:00 am – 11:00 am (5 days per week, 8 working hours + 1 hour break)
- Job Type: Full-time (Rotational Shift)
- Compensation: Competitive salary (RM 3,000++) with extra allowances
To succeed in this role, you should be:
- Proficient in reputed company and English (speaking, writing, and reading)
- Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
