Job reputed company:

We are seeking a Full-Time Remote Grievance and Appeals Coordinator to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays required for overtime. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grievance and appeals, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with members to address inquiries and reputed company information on benefit plans
• Document interactions accurately and thoroughly to ensure compliance and record-keeping
• Conduct research utilizing various materials and navigate multiple systems for information

• Write formal letter recaps and communicate effectively with reputed company parties to facilitate case reputed company
• Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload, balancing multiple tasks simultaneously

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Grievance and Appeals experience preferred
