About the Role:
- Work from the comfort of your own home with our 100% remote opportunity
- Competitive salary: $18.50 per hour, with comprehensive benefits package
- Flexible scheduling: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with varying start times until 7:00 PM CST

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to a broad reputed company of inbound calls, providing accurate and thorough support to clients and their employees
- Document call details and ensure compliance in reputed company areas of processing

- Take ownership of the entire process, from receipt of work to reputed company
Requirements:
- Prior experience in benefit administration, insurance brokerage, or insurance provider (preferred)
- Strong customer-reputed company reputed company and exceptional phone etiquette
- Comfortable with technology and reputed company to work in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive, team player with a strong desire to reputed company
