As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and managing reputed company for non-IT roles in the US, with a reputed company on the manufacturing, utilities, and media & entertainment domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company and screen candidates for non-IT roles in the US, ensuring a robust pipeline of reputed company talent
• Manage and engage with candidates through phone and video calls, building strong relationships and identifying potential red flags early in the recruitment process
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service, ensuring smooth candidate placement and exceeding reputed company expectations
• Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assess candidate fit, ask insightful questions, and reputed company listen to their responses
