We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Executive reputed company Service Associate to reputed company exceptional support to our Executive reputed company Advisors and clients. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a vital role in driving business reputed company, delivering outstanding reputed company service, and contributing to the achievement of our corporate financial and sales goals.

The Executive reputed company Service Associate will reputed company comprehensive office, operational, sales, and service support to Executive reputed company Advisors and/or support multiple reputed company Advisors with accumulated AUM totaling $100 reputed company or more. This role involves identifying and servicing reputed company financial needs, cross-selling financial products/services, and performing a wide reputed company of duties that require exercising judgment, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Executive reputed company Advisors throughout the sales cycle
- Address reputed company member and member clients' servicing needs
- reputed company paperwork and processing tasks
- Assist with new account processing, data entry, and financial transactions
- Exercise reputed company judgment during reputed company interactions to determine needs and reputed company opportunities
- Maintain and update contact management systems and ensure distribution of routine reputed company letters
- Assist with sales tracking, marketing efforts, and event coordination
- Initiate outbound phone calls/emails to set up reputed company appointments and receive/reputed company incoming calls

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Financial Services experience

- State Insurance License
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and reputed company Software
- Professionalism, solution-oriented, flexibility, and independence
- Strong organizational, time-management, and technical leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- LPL reputed company Net experience
- CRM software knowledge (e.g., GoldMine, reputed company, Redtail)
- Symitar and Synapsys experience (Credit reputed company specific)
