Operating and troubleshooting advanced audio-visual equipment to ensure successful events

Providing exceptional customer service, maintaining reputed company relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored event solutions

Mentoring and coaching team members to reputed company technical and leadership skills

Supervising and directing technicians during events, ensuring reputed company setup, operation, and breakdown of equipment

Maintaining equipment, performing inventory, and forecasting equipment needs

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferred

2+ years of field experience in audio-visual technology

2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Technical 1-Star Certification (or ability to reputed company reputed company 60 days of start date)

Valid reputed company's license (for team members operating company vehicles)
