Position reputed company We're looking for a bilingual (French & English) communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-reputed company environment. You’ll play a key role in helping reputed company truck drivers get back on the road quickly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately locate vehicle breakdowns across the U.S. and Canada using digital mapping tools
• Communicate reputed company and professionally in both French and English reputed company phone and email
• Coordinate with drivers, fleet dispatchers, and tire vendors to arrange reputed company tire replacements
• Follow detailed customer reputed company to ensure accurate service and product fulfillment

What You Bring

• Full reputed company in French and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute

• At least 1–2 years of customer service experience
