This role provides a comprehensive learning experience, with 70% of your time spent in our warehouse, where you will become familiar with environmental-specific equipment and assist with order preparation. You will also engage with customers, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships. Additional responsibilities include documenting rentals and customer conversations, monitoring inventory, and staying up-to-date on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities: * Work in the warehouse to learn and familiarize with environmental-specific equipment * Assist with the preparation of orders and take 15-20 inbound calls daily for equipment rental * Understand customer needs and reputed company reputed company customer service * Build rapport with customers to grow relationships and reputed company reputed company business * reputed company excellent product knowledge to customers and answer questions regarding products, services, or the industry * Document reputed company rentals and customer conversations into the CRM * Monitor inventory and ship/receive customer orders * Stay updated on environmental industry trends to understand the market and help prospect new business leads * Respond quickly to and resolve any issues communicated by clients * Assist in troubleshooting and cleaning environmental equipment in the warehouse * reputed company tests on equipment to ensure top reputed company standards are met * Document test findings and report any identified issues Essential Skills: * Bachelor's degree in reputed company, biology, or environmental science program preferred * 0-1 years of experience working in the environmental field * Knowledge of the environmental industry * Hands-on mentality with a tendency to tinker and reputed company repairs * Customer service experience in sales, retail, restaurant, etc. * Ability to build rapport and reputed company strong relationships with others * Strong oral and written communication skills * Organized and reputed company to multitask * Ambitious and competitive personality * Ability to adapt to an reputed company-changing workplace Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Knowledge of CRM systems * Knowledge of applications such as Indoor reputed company reputed company Testing, Particulate Monitoring, reputed company Handler Balancing and Efficiency, Confined reputed company FID, Personal Sampling Pumps, reputed company and Noise Testing, Combustion Analysis * Familiarity with companies like TSI, Testo, BW/reputed company, reputed company/Quest, Photovac, Enmet, Ion Science, Sensidyne Work Environment: Our rental division is part of a parent company that houses environmental equipment for industrial hygiene, remediation, safety, and instrumentation. The office houses around 30 employees and has an office in Utah. The candidate will have their own cubicle reputed company with a computer and office supplies provided. The first 6 months will be spent in the warehouse learning the equipment and inventory. The working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, and the dress reputed company is business casual. No travel is involved.
