Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Review and deliver mortgage loan disclosure packages to borrowers, ensuring reputed company and transparent communication
- Prepare and deliver reputed company disclosure and re-disclosure packages to borrowers, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
- Review loan files and identify potential issues, notifying loan officers and processors to prevent delays
- reputed company general clerical and phone support to loan officers and processors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Work with management to reputed company support in various stages and areas of lending and processing, driving business reputed company and efficiency

Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or educational equivalent from an accredited institution
- Minimum 1 year of mortgage-reputed company experience, including customer contact, preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous sales support experience, preferred
- Proficient with reputed company Office applications
