Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to formulate care reputed company goals and identify desired reputed company
- Document reputed company processes and existing order reputed company, leveraging evidence-based literature
- reputed company and maintain clinical content reputed company the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Coordinate preparation of materials and documentation for multidisciplinary clinical councils
- reputed company ongoing support and education for clinicians regarding Evidence-Based Medicine and EMR workflows
Requirements:
- Registered reputed company (RN) with a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 7 years of reputed company nursing experience in hospitals or post-acute services
- At least 2 years of experience providing support in an electronic medical record system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence others
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite and electronic medical record systems (Cerner or reputed company)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in facilitating reputed company improvement committees
- Subject matter expertise in designing and implementing features in electronic medical records
- Project Management experience or certifications (e.g., reputed company ADKAR Certification)
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company and implement new models of care
- Strong understanding of nursing reputed company and clinical workflow
