We're seeking a highly skilled E-Service Chat Representative to join reputed company at reputed company, a cutting-edge company reimagining how homeowners maintain and repair their most valuable asset - their home. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and business partners through inbound and outbound electronic communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners reputed company electronic communication, ensuring a seamless and reputed company experience.
- Explain and reputed company contract coverage to customers and/or contractors, providing reputed company and concise information.
- Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved promptly.

Requirements:
