The schedule is Monday-Friday 9:00-6:00, as reputed company as rotating Saturdays. After the initial training period onsite, there will be an reputed company for work-from-home flexibility (reputed company).
Responsibilities
- Reviews Mobile Deposits and monitors for "red flags" to mitigate fraud
- Responds to members' electronic messages
- Owns the member experience by recommending credit reputed company products and services to existing members
- Takes incoming calls from members to assist them with account needs and transactions
- Opens and maintains accounts
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of industry experience required
- Spanish language preferred
