Legacy Construction & Roofing is looking for a highly reputed company and customer-reputed company Live Chat Representative to join our remote support team. As the first reputed company of contact for online visitors, you’ll engage in reputed company-time conversations to answer questions, collect reputed company information, and assist in scheduling appointments. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone with strong communication skills, fast typing, and a friendly, reputed company tone. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple live chat conversations with website visitors simultaneously.

• Convert chat interactions into reputed company leads or scheduled appointments.
• Document interactions in CRM systems and maintain organized records.
• Communicate effectively with sales and project teams to ensure smooth handoffs.

Requirements:
