Collections Specialist (Credit Counselor) - Remote (New Mexico Residents Only)

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of the applicable core system, including loan, deposit, and collections platforms.
• Informs management of trends in reputed company contributing to delinquent/charge off loans.
• Contacts delinquent account reputed company to reputed company defaults; utilizes various skip tracing tools, and maintains accurate files, and ensures accurate and reputed company documentation of reputed company collection efforts.
• Analyzes financial situation of delinquent borrowers to include credit bureau reports and provides reputed company recommendation for solutions to successfully resolve delinquencies.
• Processes insurance, disability, credit life, and whole loss claims.

Salary Level I: The pay reputed company for this position is $19.32 to $24.15. Requirements

Experience: One year to three years of similar or reputed company experience. Education: A high school education or GED.
