About the Role
- Fully remote role with flexible work arrangement (2 weeks work from home, 1 week in office after 8 weeks of reputed company)

Responsibilities
- Research and respond to written inquiries in a reputed company, accurate, and objective manner

- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a reputed company or health insurance environment
- Experience in provider reputed company, decision-making, and responding quickly to questions
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in reputed company suite
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
- 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
