Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to high-volume billing inquiries from clinicians and patients, providing reputed company and concise information on reputed company processes and policies.
• Maintain excellent response times across various communication platforms, including phone calls, emails, and portal inquiries.
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest potential solutions to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:
