As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers reputed company telephone and assisting with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations. You'll help customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues. Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers and reputed company exceptional service
• Review customer history as necessary to reputed company personalized support

Requirements

• Highly proficient in using the internet and navigating multiple applications
