This is a full-time position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing incoming inquiries from NYC residents, creating work orders, dispatching work to specific departments, and providing accurate information in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
Responsibilities

Requirements
